The Launch of Brendon Gale

Inaugural Tasmania Football Club CEO, Brendon Gale has hit the ground running, with today being his first official day in the job.

With over 30 years in the industry, Brendon has led, influenced and driven change across the game nationally, and now he's bringing all of that knowledge and passion back home to Tasmania.

Born and raised on the North West Coast of Tasmania, Brendon's roots run deep in the state. From representing Tasmania to playing for the Burnie Hawks, then going on to an AFL career of 244 games - Brendon's connection to footy is lifelong.

Brendon is ready to roll up his sleeves and get stuck in, and he's ready to bring you all along the journey. As he put it, "This is a moment of immense pride - not just for me, but for every Tasmanian who has dreamed of seeing our state represented at the highest level."

Brendon's vision for the Club is clear - to build something truly special - a footy team that embodies the spirit of Tasmania, a team we can all be proud to support for generations to come.
