This is where most clubs would list their current AFL/AFLW roster.

But while the players aren’t here yet, we are.

At the head of the Tasmania Football Board is its nine directors. They are Chair Grant O’Brien and Directors James Henderson, Laura McBain, Alastair Lynch, Alicia Leis, Graeme Gardner, Roger Curtis, Brendon Gale and Kathy Schaefer.

The Club’s inaugural Chief Executive Officer, Brendon Gale, commenced with the Club in February 2025.

Organisational Structure

Under the Chief Executive Officer, the Club is divided into specialised departments, each led by a General Manager. These positions will be filled strategically as we approach first bounce.

Former Club Executive Director Kathryn McCann has stepped into the role of General Manager Marketing, Public Affairs and Social Impact. Other General Manager roles will be filled as the Club continues to progress.
